• Q.        How do I get Jackie Charles Limo Shuttle once arriving Philadelphia International airport or other airports..?

• A.        For single or shared rides on the limo or shuttle, on arrival your chauffeur would be already waiting for you at the walk out entrance. Your name would be bold written and held chest level for visibility. Our professional chauffeurs would then guide you from that point.

• Q.        Do I have to make a reservation...?

• A.        All transportation TO or FROM a port (Airport, Train Station) requires a reservation. We can accept passenger showing up without reservation, but an additional surcharge applies

• Q.        Is there a fee for canceling a reservation…?

• A.        Any airport shuttle or private car reservations cancelled less than 4 hours notice will be charged the full fare, less gratuity.

• Q.        Do you offer discounts…?

• A.        Yes we do offer discounts only online reservation but they do vary by season. Feel free to call for more details or check back on our FAQ soon!!!

• Q.        Do you offer other transportation besides going to and from Philadelphia International and Baltimore-Washington International Airports…?

• A.        Jackie Charles Limousine and Charter Bus Services is a full service transportation provider. We maintain a wide array of vehicles and pricing plans to meet any need. We offer transportation to Newark, NJ, Dulles, LaGuardia and JFK airports, as well as charter service utilizing state of the art limousine and mini buses.

• Q.        Can I pay the driver when I am picked up…?

• A.        While a credit card is required for over-the-phone we do accept cash, all major credit cards or travelers, Checks -but not personal checks…

• Q.        How do I make changes to my reservation…?

• A.        To make changes to a reservation booked over the phone or through our website, give a call to customer service department at (302) 294-6932 or as soon as possible…

• Q.        What are the luggage restrictions…?

• A.        Each passenger is allowed 3 pieces of luggage. Excessive amount of baggage or large sized pieces are subject to a $5 baggage handling charge per item.

• Q.        Do I have to pay for my child…?

• A.        All children 10 years and under ride for free and it can ONLY be ONE child per one person. Any additional have to pay half of the price. A parent or guardian must accompany anyone under the age of 18 unless special arrangements are made…?
